Job summary

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve basic problems in a timely manner.
• Support the Member Support Service Level Agreement and teamwork.
• Provide information about membership eligibility, accounts, online services.
• Handle inquiries via Live Chat, Online Banking, and phone.
