The ideal candidate will greet visitors, respond to inquiries, manage leads via calls/texts/emails, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience while addressing members' concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
