All One Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Representative III to lead branch operations, coach the team on service excellence, and engage members in needs-based conversations while offering financial solutions.
The role covers onboarding new members, opening accounts, handling loans and closings, supervising teller balancing, and ensuring compliance with BSA and other regulations. A rotating Monday–Saturday schedule is required.

Performs functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members served by All One Credit Union.

The salary range for this role is between $24.02 - $36.03. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors as permitted by law. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of banking experience with teller and member service responsibilities along with demonstrated supervisory skills. Must have strong knowledge of banking products, services and branch operations. Excellent member service delivery along with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a great problem solver, proactive in solving member issues and comfortable with technology. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday. Must be registered with NMLS.
