Responsibilities

• Creates an environment of exceptional member service with sound financial wellness and consultative advice.
• Develops and builds relationships with Chartway's member base through proactive outreach.
• Collaborates with branch team to find solutions for members.
• Transitions between branch responsibilities to respond to members' needs.
• Represents Chartway positively in the community.
• Performs member transactions and assists with new accounts, personal financing, real estate lending, investment referrals, and small business deposits.
• Ensures branch operations, compliance and federal regulations are followed.
