Job summary

Dimensional is seeking an Operations generalist to own hiring, internal processes, vendor management, and office logistics across San Francisco and Shenzhen. You will influence efficiency, coordinate across two offices, and wear multiple hats in a fast-growing startup.

We value highly organized individuals with strong communication skills who can handle several workstreams without supervision and enjoy building scalable processes. Mandarin is a bonus in our global team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in ops, chief of staff, or startup generalist roles.
• Extremely organized with high execution speed — you don't drop things.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without supervision.
• Technical fluency — you should be comfortable with GitHub, Linear, and developer tooling.
• Bonus: experience at a seed or Series A startup.
• Bonus: Mandarin fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and ATS management.
• Build, maintain, and improve internal processes.
• Coordinate logistics across SF and Shenzhen offices.
• Manage vendor relationships: office space, supplies, insurance, swag, equipment.
• Support the Dimensional Residency program: applications, onboarding, logistics.
• Handle whatever needs handling — the scope expands as the company grows.
