As the face our members count on, you’ll balance your cash drawer, stay compliant with regulations, protect member information, and suggest solutions that fit each life stage. High school diploma and 6 months teller or 1 year cash-handling experience required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of teller experience in a bank or credit union - or 1 year of solid cash-handling experience.
• Sharp attention to detail, great time management, and a professional, people-first attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions with precision and balance your cash drawer.
• Assist members with everything from account updates to product recommendations.
• Protect member information, stay compliant with regulations, and keep our service standards high.
