Job summary

First Financial Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller for our Northridge branch. You will handle member transactions, promote banking products, and help balance the cash drawer daily while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates have cash-handling and sales experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills. This role requires weekend availability and a commitment to member service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or retail experience.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Inform members about bank products and services, following regulations.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Assist in branch opening/closing and balancing as needed.
• Identify opportunities to refer members to appropriate representatives.
• Maintain knowledge of FFCU products and services.
