Qualifications

• Process Member purchases in a courteous and efficient manner, including scanning merchandise and accepting payments.
• Verify, renew, or upgrade memberships as needed and provide member assistance at the point of sale.
• Keep the front-line area clean, organized, and stocked; assist with other duties as needed.
• Deliver excellent member service and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
