Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Float Personal Banking Advisor to serve as a financial consultant and advocate for members, including both consumer and business clients, at our Grand Haven location.

You will guide members through accounts and loans, cross-sell products, deliver exceptional service, and help branches achieve goals while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License required; obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to register through NMLS and achieve notary certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with members and provide personalized financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions with consultative financial guidance.
• Cross-sell products such as loans, credit cards, mortgages, and banking services.
• Resolve issues professionally, ensuring compliance and security of member data.
• Meet sales and service targets to support branch goals.
• Assist with branch operations and occasional supervisor duties during peak times.
