Walmart Sam's Club in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Membership associate to provide information on benefits, promote value, and assist with Memberships upgrades and related services. The role includes handling orders, supporting safety standards, and helping Members with purchases and inquiries.

You will participate in sales events, meet Membership goals, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment while adhering to Walmart policies and ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, and adapts to change based on feedback.
• Delivers membership processing tasks, including processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and supports sales and marketing events.
