Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits understanding of all BJ's Membership options and renewals.
• Offers membership products such as renewal and rewards redemption.
• Provides high level of customer service at checkout.
• Scans merchandise with POS to ensure accurate counts and totals.
• Assists at self-checkout and helps members with issues.
• Maintains cleanliness of the frontline area.
• Meets cashier productivity expectations.
• Adheres to club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance.
