Job summary

Cobalt Credit Union’s Cass Court Branch in Omaha is seeking a Personal Banker to help members reach their financial goals. You will process transactions, answer questions, and guide members toward credit union products and services that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a financial institution.
• 1 year cash handling, sales and customer service experience is required.
• Ability to interview members to determine financial service needs.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with multiple interruptions.
• Self-starter motivated to be a part of the sales and services team; as well as being able to work independently.
• Ability to handle problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong motivation to provide quality customer service to members and public.
