Qualifications

• Ability to learn multiple platforms and databases to manage member requests.

Responsibilities

• 40% Member Financial Advocacy and Education: advise members on financial needs and educate them; help use self-service options; expand knowledge in credit, mortgages, debt consolidation, savings, retirement, and digital solutions.
• 40% Sales and Service Excellence: build rapport, meet deposit, membership, and lending goals; provide exceptional member service and drive satisfaction.
• 10% Operational and Compliance Responsibilities: follow up, document, ensure quality controls, perform branch duties, comply with policies and regulations.
• 10% Member Engagement and Problem Resolution: engage in proactive community outreach, resolve inquiries, support team and adapt to needs.
