The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while leveraging digital tools to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent experience, or equivalent mix of retail and supervisory experience.
• Experience in SAM'S Club environment is a plus.
• Military service or other supervisory background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team across Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow.
• Model Sam's Club values and drive a culture of accountability and service.
• Apply omni-merchant mindset to plans and ensure EDLP/EDLC alignment.
• Collaborate with partners to motivate and inspire the team to achieve objectives.
