Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests at our Rehoboth Beach location. This on-site role offers a 4:45am–12:45pm schedule with starting pay of $16 per hour and regular raises based on anniversary dates.

You will greet members, sign up new members, answer calls, process purchases at the point of sale, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
