Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes orders by reviewing, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing to ensure order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive.
• Adheres to safety standards and procedures including forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling and reporting unsafe situations.
• Plays a role in sales and marketing events and strives to meet Membership goals and replenishment of out-of-stock items.
