Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Fulfils Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy.
• Completes work assignments by using policies and data, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to changes.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and promoting products and services.
