Job summary

Walmart Inc. – Sam’s Club, Peoria, IL is seeking a Membership Associate to support membership operations and provide high-quality service to Members at 4100 W Willow Knolls Dr, Peoria, IL 61615-4405. The role includes processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, while delivering value through product and service promotions.

You will assist Members with purchases, stock procedures, and safety standards, while contributing to sales events and meeting membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting value of products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviews orders, pulls items, scans, wraps and palletizes, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.
