Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and processing upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfils Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Complies with company policies and embraces Walmart values, Open Door Policy and integrity in daily actions.
