Small Door Boston is seeking a Member Experience team member to manage front-of-house communication across phone, Slack, and in-person encounters, ensuring smooth appointment flow in a busy veterinary practice.
You will support members through visits, handle billing communications, collaborate with nurses and doctors, and help grow the practice through proactive outreach while maintaining our warm, stress-free environment.
