Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled; notify members of delays or unavailability and offer alternatives
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards
• Assist members with purchases, processing payments, and locating merchandise and carts
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items
• Comply with company policies and ethics; collaborate with managers and staff to meet priorities
• Complete tasks by following policies, data, and resources; communicate progress and adapt to changes
