Sam's Club in Latham, NY is seeking a dedicated cart attendant to ensure a clean, safe and member-ready shopping environment. You’ll assist members, load purchases into vehicles, stock carts and keep the parking lot organized, rain or shine.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, processing purchases at the member service area, and maintaining safety and policy compliance while delivering exceptional service across the club.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Locating and organizing merchandise; zoning the designated areas; ensuring carts/flatbeds are available
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
