Job summary

Industrious is hiring a Member Experience Associate for an on-site hospitality role based near Arlington, VA. You will be the heart of the member experience, welcoming guests and ensuring the space runs smoothly for each day.

Your day includes setting up the office, stocking supplies, assisting members with IT or wifi, and helping with events and signage. You’ll collaborate with a team, manage inventory, and help create great days for our members.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines / appliances as necessary (printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils).
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day: brew coffee, set out breakfast, stock shared amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Design signage for events and assist with local marketing events.
• Add new members into systems to ensure a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to communicate the value of our solutions.
• Provide office tours when the Member Experience Manager is assisting another member.

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office. While your day may not look the same, here's what it could look like:

• You are the first face people see while you’re preparing the office for the day: brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.

• You’re proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies.

• You build magnificent events and take the extra time to design unique signage because you know the magic is in the details.

• You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in their office is seamless and memorable.

• You assist a member with IT or wifi issues should they ever come up - no job is too big or too small for you to tackle.

• You dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions.

• You take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member.

Requirements:

• Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

The hourly compensation for this position starts at $25.25. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for a number of generous perks including:
