AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. This seat works warm leads; you will talk with people who have already requested help on financial-protection options and you’ll be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You should be competitive, coachable, and comfortable on camera. Interviews are conducted on Zoom, and you’ll receive a written process to follow along with coaching from people who have done the work.

Qualifications

• Experience with remote sales or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with clients on camera.
• Ability to follow a written process and stay organized.
