The YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to provide information and services to current and prospective members. You will answer inquiries, enroll new members, process applications, and help members connect with programs and one another.
You will represent the YMCA values, deliver courteous service, and support daily operations in the Membership Department. This role requires strong communication and basic computer skills.
