BECU seeks a Member Consultant II in Spokane Valley to deliver a seamless member experience by applying product knowledge across lending, deposits, and fiduciary services. You will sign line and loan documents and refer complex needs to specialists to support members’ financial wellness.

The role includes a 12-week training program, cross-branch rotations within the East District, and a one-year commitment. Travel between branches is required, with flexible schedules and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with learning new systems and navigating multiple programs.

Your expertise in BECU’s products will allow you to identify, diagnose, and address members’ consumer financial needs and refer them to specialized services when necessary. You will serve as a subject matter expert, resolving our members' needs and providing expertise in specialized financial services.Compensation Transparency:We believe in fair and equitable pay for all employees. Please note that starting pay typically does not exceed the range midpoint.About This Role & Pod Expectations:This role is part of a pod (a group of nearby branches) within BECU’s East District.
