Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting value of Walmart products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines, including forklift procedures and hazardous materials handling.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues.
