Job summary

PACE Healthcare Transportation in Greensburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Transportation Coordinator to oversee drivers and ensure members receive timely transport to the center along with access to medical, social, and physical benefits.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a minimum of two years in supervision, a valid PA driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. CPR/first aid is a plus, and the coordinator will work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license to operate a van or bus.
• CPR/first aid certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all daily activities for drivers, including third-party providers
• Coordinating outside services for members, including appointments, consultations and specialist appointments
• Executing monthly driver training in areas such as member safety and escorting, accident avoidance and more
• Evaluating vendor invoices and contracts
• Managing vehicle maintenance in accordance with established best practices and OEM recommended schedules
