Recommend resources such as Business, Investment, or Mortgage Services to meet members' needs.
Resolve account-related issues by analyzing data and providing timely solutions.
Accurately process member transactions, including cash, checks, and loans, per policies.
Open accounts, enroll members in services, and explain terms clearly.
Process and close loan applications with accurate documentation and compliance.
Apply security, compliance, and fraud training to protect members' information.
Meet or exceed sales and service goals and contribute to the team.
