Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma (GED) preferred.
• Follow all credit union security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and nonmembers while creating a warm, seamless, and memorable experience.
• Process member transactions and maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Open, close, service, and maintain all types of member accounts.
• Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer.
• Interview, originate, process, and close consumer loans while following procedures.
• Communicate with members throughout the loan process and respond to inquiries.
• Build trusted member relationships through proactive service and referrals.
• Achieve lending, deposit, and sales goals while supporting branch objectives.
• Educate members on financial products to help achieve goals.
