Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring team members to provide prompt, courteous member service, restock and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. The team supports club policies and works with integrity to address member concerns.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members.
• Replenish, restock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure clear and accurate signage for merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming sales area.
• Restock dairy, frozen, and other items as needed.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other Merchandise.
• Remove cardboard and manage recycling on the floor.
• Process returns and re-stock returned items.
• Adhere to club policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Assist in other departments as needed and maintain attendance.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance as an essential function of the job.
