Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in steelmaking or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in steelmaking; metallurgy preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Oracle; capable of reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Electric Furnace and Casting teams in production.
• Ensure safety, environmental cleanliness, quality, and production goals.
• Provide daily progress reports to management and support cost improvements.
• Train and develop a competent, cross-trained workforce; promote 6S initiatives.
