ME Global Inc. dba ME Elecmetal is seeking a Tower/Process Engineer in Duluth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate production in the Melting and Pouring departments and assist in the installation and ongoing operation of a new Induction Furnace.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the department.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Familiarity with Quality Control standards and ISO systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and group presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production in the Melting and Pouring departments.
• Support installation and operation of a new Induction Furnace.
• Maintain production reports and track departmental data.
