Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to lead the melt shop operations for precious metal alloys and oversee casting output. You will ensure alloy composition accuracy across the product line while supervising and developing hourly operators, with a strong focus on safety and yield optimization.

In this role, you will manage furnace scheduling, enforce rigorous safety protocols for high-temperature metal handling, and drive continuous improvements in material loss tracking and production
