Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical repairs is required.
• Welding and fabricating experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (7p-7a and 7a-7p).
• Team-oriented with strong communication to interact with supervisors and operators.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair operations to keep mill, equipment, and tools in good operating condition.
• Start, observe, and operate equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance including inspection, adjustment, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Disassemble, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment and parts.
• Identify faulty material or hazards and report improper operation.
