The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consumer-brand event experience, can manage complex logistics, partnerships, and staffing, and is comfortable with 30%+ travel.

About the Role
The Events Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of melin's event ecosystem, from strategic planning and budget management to coordinating on-site execution and post-event analysis. While the Marketing team assists in identifying and selecting strategic opportunities, this role owns the full logistical lifecycle of every event, ensuring the melin brand is represented with premium excellence in the field from coast to coast. This person will serve as the accountable owner across wholesale activations, retail events, community programming, and mCEL deployments, building strong cross-functional relationships and authentically representing melin at every touchpoint.

Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
