Meineke Car Care Center #4047 in Riverside, CA is seeking skilled automotive technicians across A-, B- and C-Level classifications. You will perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, using diagnostic equipment and standard procedures to ensure safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform automotive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs appropriate to your level.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Inspect and service major vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements.
• Identify concerns, document findings, and communicate recommended repairs.
• Complete assigned repairs accurately while following safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with other technicians and shop leadership to support daily repair operations.

Meineke was founded in Houston, Texas, in 1972 by Sam Meineke, originally specializing in mufflers and exhaust systems. The company later expanded its services, transitioning to a “Total Car Care” model in 1999 and adopting the Meineke Car Care Centers name in 2003.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs appropriate to your experience and skill level.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Inspect and service major vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, and other general automotive repairs.
• Identify vehicle concerns, document inspection findings, and communicate recommended repairs.
• Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently while following established safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with other technicians and shop leadership to support daily repair operations.

Perform work appropriate to technician classification:

• A-Level Technicians: Advanced automotive diagnostics, complex troubleshooting, engine performance concerns, and major mechanical or electrical repairs.
• B-Level Technicians: General mechanical repairs, routine diagnostics, brake and suspension repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• C-Level Technicians: Preventive maintenance, inspections, basic mechanical repairs, and developing diagnostic skills with support as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive maintenance or repair experience appropriate to an A-Level, B-Level, or C-Level Technician position.
• Knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use automotive tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate to experience level.
• A-Level: Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• B-Level: Experience completing general automotive repairs and routine diagnostics.
• C-Level: Foundational automotive maintenance and basic repair skills, with the ability to develop additional technical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to follow repair procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience, technical skills, and technician level.
