Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be directly employed by EWOR and backed by serial founders, with access to Europe and the Americas and a network of over 50,000 professionals.

You will receive a salary while building your startup, alongside funding options up to €500k, weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million euro fundraising and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across diverse markets and teams

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as MedTech
• Participate in a customised development programme crafted by unicorn founders
• Receive hiring advice and access to a 50,000+ professional network
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding
• Iterate product to reach product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine
• Be based in Europe or the Americas or be willing to relocate
• Take full ownership to scale your startup to €100M+ revenues
• Exhibit excellent English communication throughout the process
