You will support product release, investigate defects, and drive corrective actions with high autonomy while ensuring compliance with BD policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience, or equivalent education
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic industries preferred

• Serve as a technical expert on laboratory instrumentation and processes
• Plan/perform equipment qualifications and test method validations
• Lead or participate in nonconformance investigations and CAPAs
• Perform release/product testing and maintain documentation
• Identify and address gaps in laboratory processes
• Support supplier qualification and supplier quality activities
