The role requires a Bachelor's in biomedical/engineering and 3 years in medical devices or manufacturing quality. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential, with on-site work at the Delran

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Engineering or related field.
• 3 years' experience in medical devices or manufacturing in a Quality Engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities and author/execute protocols for new product development and process changes.
• Provide technical and quality engineering support for manufacturing and sustaining projects.
• Identify root causes of nonconformances and drive process improvements.
• Lead investigations, NCRs, and MRB dispositions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
• Review LHRs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Audit customer specs and product requirements to ensure quality alignment.
• Investigate customer complaints and support CAPAs.
• Coordinate calibration of measuring equipment.
• Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement.
