Qualifications

  • Requires 4–6 years of work experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Kanban and GMP is advantageous.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment in an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment and update logs.
  • Read detailed wiring diagrams and machine blueprints for repairs.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
  • Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and process improvements.
  • On-call to respond to emergency or essential work situations.
