Job summary

Alleima is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support device fabrication in a climate-controlled environment. The role includes operating various production machines, following specifications, and performing in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity.

We offer a starting rate with shift differential, 10-hour shifts Monday to Thursday, and a benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage after 30 days, plus a 401K plan with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Dependability, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation.
• Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product.
• Perform in process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
• Jobs may be of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set up and variation in cycle.
