Job summary

FocalTherics in Austin seeks a talented Graphic Designer to join the in-house Marketing/Creative team. You will produce branded print, digital, and social assets and collaborate with internal clients including executives and leadership.

The role emphasizes working within brand guidelines, handling multiple projects, and delivering timely creative assets for national and regional partners. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a willingness to learn more software is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, grammar, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to proofread and check work for consistency.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment and handle/prioritize multiple projects.
• Provide either an online digital portfolio link or a digital portfolio for review, including samples of your creative process.
• Willingness to learn Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, WordPress Elementor Pro, Adobe Express.

Responsibilities

• Create diverse print, digital, and social media designs within our brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a team environment to produce high-quality design executions for Focal One’s national, regional, and customer partners.
• Work directly with the Marketing VP and Creative Director on key design components of marketing initiatives.
• Plan projects from beginning to end to ensure delivery milestones are hit.
• Provide additional creative and technical support when required with other projects and tasks to be determined.
• Perform other job related duties, as assigned.
