Job summary

No prior experience is required, but a High School diploma or GED is preferred; three years of manufacturing experience is acceptable in lieu. Detail-oriented individuals with teamwork and organizational skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years manufacturing experience if no HS diploma.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment to meet quality and GMP standards.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance.
• Assist with product changeovers and repairs as needed.
• Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly; follow GMP requirements.
• Record data accurately and conduct quality inspections as required.
• Coordinate with scheduling to maintain material inventory levels.
• Work as part of a team to develop optimal task methods.
• Support business needs with additional duties as assigned.
