Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Healthcare Collection Associate to confirm and collect medical equipment inventory in hospitals, covering orthopaedic, surgical, and non-invasive devices in Operating Rooms and Inventory Departments. You will gain medical device industry experience while supporting client needs.

The role offers a flexible weekday schedule, local travel up to 2–3 hours, and compensation with travel paid.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes
• Prepare box with prepaid shipping label and ship product to client manufacturing plant
• Document and log daily collections totals
• Notify the local Sales team of shipping supply needs
• Travel locally for up to 2-3 hours to support customer needs; travel and time traveling paid, as is mileage

Our MedTech Healthcare Collection Associate will be responsible for confirming and collecting medical equipment inventory in a hospital. You will be working with surgical, non-invasive and orthopaedic equipment within areas of the hospital such as Operating Rooms and Inventory Departments. This is a great opportunity for you to gain medical experience!

Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals as assigned to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.
• Prepare box w/ prepaid shipping label and ship product to client manufacturing plant
• Document and log daily collections totals
• Notify the local Sales team of shipping supply needs
• Per Diem and flexible availability
  
  

Schedule

• You will have a flexible schedule Monday thru Friday - No evenings/No Weekends on local assignments and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning about the medical device industry.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Travel Requirement

• Travel locally for up to 2-3 hours to support customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated
• Experience in healthcare, general labor, warehouse or customer service, is beneficial for this position. However, training is provided.

The potential base pay range for this role is $25.50-$29 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
