Job summary

Zs Associates is seeking a Data Strategy Consultant to join their team in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for developing enterprise data strategies and engage in hands-on delivery of data programs across multiple sectors, including MedTech and Health Insurance. You will work collaboratively with teams across the firm while mentoring junior members and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data strategy or data governance.
• Working knowledge of core data capabilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of enterprise data strategy engagements.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership team.
• Manage multiple workstreams ensuring project delivery on time.
