Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred - Certification In Clinical Specialty Area.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patient needs.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient privacy, safety, and compliance with laws and standards.
