Job summary

Ochsner Health in Crowley, LA is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a nursing unit, ensure quality of care, and manage staff, budgets, and operations. This role prioritizes patient satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Role requires a BSN, an RN license, 3 years RN experience with at least 1 year in a charge/supervisory capacity, and BLS certification. You will mentor teams and uphold compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.

Education

• Required - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Work Experience

Certifications
