NakedMD is seeking a MedSpa Manager to lead daily operations at our Hawthorne location. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client service while maintaining a safe, clean facility and leading a skilled team.

You will oversee staff hiring/training, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and continuously improve patient experiences in a fast-paced setting. Bonus eligibility is available with base salaries starting at $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manager (leadership and supervision).
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in medspa management.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
