Job summary

American IV in Easton, PA seeks a Licensed Aesthetician to join our medspa team for a part-time role. The ideal candidate will provide advanced skincare and cosmetic treatments in a medical spa setting, delivering exceptional service and results-driven care to clients.

Responsibilities include performing chemical peels, microneedling, dermafacial, IPL and laser treatments, while developing personalized plans based on skin analysis and goals. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania state license as a aesthetician required.
• Minimum 1 year of medspa or skincare experience preferred.
• Self-directed, goal oriented, outgoing and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade skincare treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermafacial, and laser treatments (IPL, hair removal).
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and skin analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with health regulations.
• Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, devices, and products.
• Support the team with front desk tasks, event preparation, and marketing initiatives when needed.
• Build strong rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
